A great dog walker does far more than attach a lead and walk in a straight line. Look for walkers who send unprompted photo updates, know each dog’s name and quirks, cap group walks at 4 dogs, and carry first aid kits.
Red flags: walkers who use retractable leads in groups, refuse to share GPS data, or have no formal insurance.
